Position Title: Rule Lawyer
Salary Range/Pay Rate: Salary in the mid 300k pp. Position Notes: Compensation commensurate with education and experience. It is expected that you do not have a job in real life and are willing to let all your personal / social relations in the real world fall apart. It is important to understand that there will be no time for scuba, and the extent of your interaction with the opposite sex (or same sex, if that is preferred) will be limited to online dating sites. Pay Schedule: Monthly Minimum Qualifications: (indicate training, education, skills, knowledge, abilities). Young lawyer certification or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Considerable experience with spreadsheet, presentation, and recording software. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of, and experience with, server administrative systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Desired Qualifications: Female (lets face it - Sirken has a thing for EQ chicks). Additional Qualifications: Willing to spend a minimum of 3 hours / week on Sirken's stream; capable of voice acting as a confused and helpless victim in all FRAPs submitted to server staff. Willing to share skype information with all server staff / send Derubael pictures in the case that a decision seems to be moving in a negative direction. All Qualifications: Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Forceful Entry in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered. We are an equal opportunity employer, however you will not be hired if you are not a Female. Position Purpose: To provide professional lawyering support to the raid leaders of Forceful Entry. To support the Forceful Entry with development, direction and support related to getting loot from mobs they kill. To support the raid leader with information gathering and planning necessary to properly bullshit (that is, engage with) server staff. This includes but is not limited to managing the process of staff interaction; tracking and maintaining records related to contradictory raid rulings; overseeing the process for members proper collection of data / douchebaggery; coordinating special server staff requests such as appearing on official server streams / accepting late night skype calls as the server staff deems necessary; ensure guild processes are in accordance with server policies, procedures, and negotiated contracts; and coordinating the implementation of new guild (and eventually server) policies and procedures.
