Miscellaneous: Bugged Surname

My surname disappeared, I've tried to clear it without success, and I received this error when trying to set a new surname. Oddly enough there's still a bit of a gap between my name and the LFG tag, not sure how to fix it.

It was removed by a GM. We make it so you can't make a new one if it is a name violation, so you petition about getting a new name.

Just saying there are some bugged names though. My Mule Bongs Required has had his last name changed to a _ twice in last month and no one claims to have changed it. Deru said the name was just bugged but i guess it can happen.
