Default NA based WOW emulators

Anyone know of any NA based WOW emus? Tried out Feenix but it must be EU based since I get 400 ping. Pvping might be a little annoying with that high of ping. So can anyone suggest a well populated WOW server with servers based in NA?

Emerald Dream (Classic): emeralddream.com
World of Corecraft (Burning Crusade): www.worldofcorecraft.com (not yet released)

Emerald Dream has a large population and all but 1-2 quests I did as a Night Elf Hunter worked. Instances are 75%ish scripted from what I hear. You can't pay/vote to win.

ED is run by Feenix which also has a 14x TBC server (Archangel). It's good if you want to hit 70 fast and do max level content. This server allows you to vote for gear. I'm personally waiting for corecraft, which is a 1x server in development and is expected to be scripted much better than Feenix's stuff (e.g. annoying npc/pet pathing issues).
