Bat Wings - no buyers/sellers?

In classic it was always WTB/S bat wings and bone chips. However, I have yet to see anyone buying bat wings on this server. Is there something with levitate that I'm missing? Personally I need some but no one ever sells.

U can't buy batwings in EC if you are a troll shaman. I have sold to troll shamans before at tunnel.
