Default Regeneration and feet like cat?

so for some reason when i cast feet like cat instead of gaining agility it actually removes agility and for some reason when i'm regening health (i'm a troll) every tick it goes up 10 or 11 HP and then REMOVES 4 to 6. are these known issues or am i missing something? i am not emcumbered nor do i have any debuffs

feet like cat all of a sudden started acting normal, however the regeneration issue seems to still be there. Its almost like a small dot is stuck on me without being shown, if needed I'll try to fraps it to show exactly what is going on

It is just the client. The client wants to update HP more often than the server. the server maintains your correct HP the tick down is the server correcting the client.
