Nope. My enchanter isnt high enough, but anyone else can test it, that took me all of 5 minutes to test fraps and upload.

So this is confirmed? How the fuck did I never notice this? I've been using PGT as my offhand for like 26 levels. Christ I'm a noob.

Incoming damage probably exceeded the runes value and you never saw the HP creep up, or just attributed it to client<->server desync in your head.
