Though the term 'mongoloid' encapsulates native americans and other indigenous people, its more negative connotations stem from the fact that, until about 500 years ago, mongol peoples threatened the survival of Europe itself and a great many atrocities were branded onto the western psyche.

So lucky for you, when people say mongoloid they aren't really referring to you unless you choose to be incapable of a nuanced and flexible understanding of language.

The proper term for you would be 'digger' or 'injun'
