![]() Last night around 7pm to 11pm central (can't remember when) I turned in the following items on a level 1 dark elf (Muhz) to Vira and didn't receive the shovel.
Ruby, Gargoyle Eye, Hill Giant Toes, and Shovel. I went through the dialogue, and turned them in with the exact order. Could I please get the items back so I can try them one at a time, or the actual shovel? I tried submitting a thread in the petition forum but it wouldn't let me. Thank you very much. | ||

Log in or Register.] As far as returning the items, I do not reimburse for mistakes. You'll need to make a petition/reimbursement post outlining this situation and the GMs might. | ||

![]() UGH. I even checked that before turning it in. I looked that the wiki and could have swore, but now I see the obvious differences.
Thank you for being so quick and taking the time to look into it though, sincerely. I'll try a petition or farm the items again I guess since the shovel wasn't legit. I'm glad I know the reason. | ||

![]() I just dropped the quest items on the ground from Hazek to transfer to my mage Muhz. (second time collecting them) at around 9:01pm central (LITERALLY 10 seconds before the server wen't down). Now they are gone of course.
Can I please... have them restored to Hazek, or can you just give the shovel to Muhz after verifying with logs. | ||
