Cerila Windrider doesn't sell Spell:Wolf Form

Cerila Windrider in Ranger Guild in Kelethin does not sell the spell Wolf Form. Wiki lists it and Alla's here does:http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=1218

Nothing dated but doubt she didn't have it since she has it by all the other sources.
