random crashes

i seem to crash often in this game randomly the game will just shut down.

What OS are you running?

What sort of graphics card and amount of RAM?

Processor? Is it a dual or quad core?

Also, in your EQ directory, there is a folder labeled "Logs" inside is a .txt file dbg. When you crash, copy and paste the last 20 lines or so of that in your response.
