Question regarding Rogue epic

Hey all, I was wondering,

I'm sure on live, I quit soon after luclin dropped, I could put my Ragebringer in Ranged slot. This is not the case here on P99, when was this implemented?

It was originally allowed in the range slot then removed

Issue: Rogue Epic, Ragebringer, is currently flagged as range slot usable.

Proposed Fix: Remove range slot capability.

Today's patch consisted mostly of server-side changes, additions, and
fixes regarding NPCs and quests. The only item of public note is that
the Ragebringer can no longer be equipped in the ranged slot. A data
entry error caused it to be initially allowed it to be equipped in that
slot.

Note: This weapon can fit in either the primary or second hand. It no longer can be equipped in the Range Slot. The effect of Seething Fury adds 40% Haste, +40 Attack and +9 Armor Class.

Woulda been cool with dual 15 20s! But yeah.. that was never intended to be a range slot.

Being able to turn these in at lvl 1 is a shame here

At least it doesn't give 8 lvls of xp anymore at lvl 1

I fully support a lv 10 minimum to be able to turn in note to guildmaster for Ragebringer.

Rogue epic hand in shouldn't work until lvl 50.

You've already knocked down rogues, may as well kick them in the balls while they're down.
