These Ddoss attacks are currently timed when ever TMO engages a dragon in VP. I have turned my stream off but they still continued as soon as we engaged only TMO and a few FE in zone.

May be a coincidence but I doubt it

Exactly. Considering how fucking gigantic the intelligence and federal agencies have become, they're probably looking for more work at the moment, not less . . . lol
