Default Lay Hands and harmtouch

I just read the post on Shadowknight spells not working and Nilbog posted a link to these patch notes.

http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20010221a.html

Now I swore that I would not bitch and moan in any way about this server. I love it and I don't want the GM's to think that most people playing don't do anything other then worship the ground that they walk on but... I had always remembered my LoH and HT refreshing on death. I know that this has been brought up before but If you read the shadowknight section of this patch note doesn't it confirm that indeed that's how it was working on all servers until that patch was released? And then only changed on RED servers? I could be wrong cause their very likely could be other patches released before that one that effects the argument. Its not life or death obviously, I have made it this far just curious on how it is supposed to be working or if anyone is aware of it IF it is not working as intended.

I don't know how it was elsewhere but on Vallon/Rallos Zek classic servers DT did refresh on death.

The reason this was changed, I believe, was that groups of friends/guilds would all create level 1 SKs and DT someone in pvp, run to the guards and die, then repeat.

Pretty sure I posted this elsewhere, but Harm Touch and Lay on Hands will refresh on death after the next patch.
