Weird Bank Glitch - Lost my fat wad of plat

I had a weird problem two nights ago in Kaladim. When I clicked the banker, I was given the window with the Shared Bank option. Since I had only logged into the character to transfer plat from him to another, I was thrilled. I've only been playing on P99 for a couple of weeks, so I just assumed that someone decided to reactivate the shared bank system and didn't think anything of it.

I put a fletching kit full of arrows/supplies and about 130 pp into the shared bank and logged the other char. Of course, no shared bank in NFP. So I logged back into the first character...no shared bank in Kaladim and my plat/items have vanished.

I know that 130pp isn't what you'd call "big money..." but I earned it through hours of selling CB Belts and bone chips and as a new player it is dearly missed XD

Is there anything I can do to get the money back, at least?

(I did a /petition, not really knowing if it would do anything.)

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I highly doubt you will get reimbursed for anything. Chances are you were using the default ui which can appear that some features are available that are not. Shared bank did not come until Legacy of Ykesha expansion and is not available on P1999, as such the shared bank acts as a black hole and will swallow anything you put in it after you log out. Lesson learned unfortunately..
