best race for warrior, in your opinion

i know most will say large race for slam, but thinking long term whats the best races you guys think in your opinion?

The only choice is large for slam and higher str/stamina.
Anything smaller you are gimping yourself of a crucial interupt.

Just be prepared to get frustrated as fuck inside dungeons without shrink pots.

Kunark will open up all the other options with kickstun.
I really wish it was implemented on this server from the beginning.

For pvp IMO Trolls. During classic you get slam, and then come kunark the regen is quite a bit better - match it with a fungi and it's a huge jousting advantage.

not a perfect list, but here's my reasons to be an X warrior:

god tier: innate AC / frontal stun immunity
(iksar, ogre)

top tier: innate regen
(iksar, troll)

high tier: innate slam
(troll, barb, ogre)

good tier: uber warrior stats
(dwarf, troll, ogre, barb)

mid tier: exp bonus
(halfling)

low tier: hide or sneak (or both)
(wood elf, halfling, dark elf)

not being stuck everywhere because you're fucking huge and fat tier:
(every race but barb, ogre, troll)

lololol im so unique shit tier:
(gnome, dark elf, wood elf)

ugly crap tincan helmet tier:
(human)

from a pure minmax perspective i'd say ogre is the clear winner because he has something none of the others do and none can reproduce which is stun immunity (which apparently will work from ALL directions in pvp... not just from the front). iksar ac bonus doesn't play a major role until velious at which point it becomes rather op, but the stun immunity will carry through from start to finish.

regen is not a big deal for a warrior who really needs to be grouped and buffed to do a whole lot anyway. you rolled your warrior to group up with others, right?

Ogre best but if you're a pro why roll the "best" race? Go wit something unique but not gimped. A Barbarian warrior would be cool.

I'd like to also add that the "Best of the Best" Shadowknight tournament was won by a human.

I only recall one ogre made it to the finals with mostly dark elf and a few trolls.

This is regarding the tournament with the top shadowknights from each server.
