the .net framework is a microsoft library required by programs written in c# ... so everyone coding in that language for windows requires you to have this installed ...
the launcher is from rumzuck btw...

Finally got it to work. I installed both the .net frameworks....looks like that did it. I just updated with the EQEmu launcher.
I am, however, still unable to download Duax's launcher. The file won't even open. Ah well. Thanks again for your help. | ||

just wanted to say that I had this error, came via google and the launcher worked once I installed .net 4.
