can't cast spells in warsilks woods

No one can cast spells or unscribe spells in warsliks woods since this morning. Attempting to unscribe spells gets an error: "Unexpected error: spell ID out of range". Zoning out clears all your buffs (if you had them before you zoned in). Several others I asked in the zone have the same issue.

Yep ran into the same thing and still going on as of this post. Can't cast, can't mem, can't hold a buff. Of course Monks are having a field day. Wasted most of the day re-installing until it was figured out.
