I used to hate legs but now it’s my fav day
I switched to a more volume based approach, where I do legs EOD (every other day), rather than going heavy or hard on each session. I took my inspiration from fitness influencers who tried things like “I’m going to do 50 squats per day” (which obviously meant at much lighter weight) and got good results. This way I don’t get to that wanting to throw up can’t walk the next day levels of pain or soreness. And still getting progress, maybe slightly slower but who cares, it’s all incremental at this point anyway

The ass is the biggest muscle. It can do a lot without needing to 80, 90, 100 % (whatever kids are doing these days) and still get results.
