Game Mechanics: Pseudo Feign Death (Any Class)

While fighting a mob I was lowered to 0%hp and was laying on the ground and a heal went off, my hitpoints then went up to 10% however I was still laying on the ground and could not move. I tried to hit the sit key which allowed me to stand up, gaining agro and being killed again. After death I did not lose XP and my corpse was unrezzable.
