Quest Issue: Sky - Neasin Leornic - Wizard Test of Focus

Got all the items needed for the Wizard Test of Focus quest in Sky. When I got there Neasin Leornic was already spawned so I talked to him and he responded like he should and told me what items i need. Iron Disc, an Ethereal Opal, and a Woven Skull Cap. So I hand in the items and nothing happens, no reward and no response. And the items i turned in were gone.
I'm not sure if that NPC is generally bugged or if that happened because I didn't spawn him, as he was already there.

This should be fixed, I will test for sure after work tonight, but I am pretty sure I fixed it a couple days ago when I went through all the quest scripts.

Well of course. The script is broken. If anything in the script is broken, it won't work. I would recommend not doing quests until after the patch. I did not create the scripts so finding the bugs has been tough, thanks to everyone that has posted. It has helped isolate issues for fixing
