The blue one wasn't removed last time I checked.

This coming from the same person that applauded the handing out of 8 pieces of dragon loot via /random in a GM event on a "Classic" EQ server.

Your only concern for server integrity is how much you can destroy it, how it negatively impacts Nihilum, and vary based upon how a change benefits you.

Ton Po never dropped here which in and of itself is a bug because it's supposed to, I believe, drop off the first trak kill and then never again.

Supposedly it never dropped except on test, which may be why they didn't allow it here. I guess it was a mistake on blue or was done only for the sake of nostalgia. Either way, we aren't boo hooing over it. Come next patch when dispell AEs are fixed, we will be able to obtain Trorsmang staves and our monks can just switch them out when they t-staff proc on peoples faces.
