IP Exemption / Coop Play from Same IP

I've recently convinced my girlfriend to try and play with me, her never really playing games before, however watching me sometimes, and has agreed to give it a try. I've installed it on her laptop and loaded it up only to meet with a temporary IP block and learning I need to be given an IP Exemption. Now while I am not opposed to shipping her to her parents house for us to play, [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] , I suppose it would be easier to get this process completed and play in the same room.

Since then I've scoured the forums and while I have not found any instructions per say, I have made a post on the petition thread, and have also made an in-game petition about it. Thread HERE. Also /petition in-game.

While I hope this thread provides some guidance about how to do this, I still have one question; Does anyone know how long this will take? I don't want to miss my chance to get her addicted and have someone to play with.

You need to go to the petition forum and post there with both of your account names that you wish the exemption to be applied to.

It should take a week or less to get processed. Make sure you tag the post with the correct prefix, and make the titel of the post "Ip exemption"

Also, the search function is your friend. If you had simply typed "ip exemption" into the search box above, you would have found many threads about this exact subject, with answers to the question you asked as well as detailed instructions on how to do so [You must be logged in to view images. That way, you wouldn't have had to wait for an answer on here, and could have had it right away [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] in the future, please make use of the search function and it will save you (and everyone else) some time!

My GF loves this game.... her first time playing 5 days ago and she can't stop talking about it with me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

We both are also waiting for our IP Exemptions.... for now I play on my phone internet while she get the house internet. Works fine.... but can't wait for that IP Exemptions so my phone won't die one day LOL!
