Quest Issue: monk white headband possible bug

tried handing in 4 gnoll pup scalps to Phin at the NQ monk Guild.got the following series of errors...ended up retaining 2 scalps and no headband.

Someone probably only handed in 2 earlier. That's happened to me a few times on quests that require the hand-in of 2 or more of the same item.

This should be fixed.

It was a result of having the items stacked prior to initiating a turn-in with quest npcs.
