Bypass IP Block?

Would it be allowed if me and my brother found a way to bypass the IP block so we could play together? I tried yesterday and pressing play on both clients at the same time we were able to get to the login screen, but then instantly logged out just in case that would get us banned.

Guess my question is, "are we allowed to do this or will it get us banned?"

EDIT: And yes, I know about the IP Exemption, but have been waiting on it for a month, just looking out for alternatives.
EDIT2: Just as a warning, don't go to page 2 unless you've turned off images or don't care about gross pictures.

My roommate and I have been waiting on an IP exemption for 3 months. I have to connect my computer with my cell phone when we both play.

I tried to use my cellphone, it said it was connected on my taskbar, but couldn't find server list on launcher.

EDIT: I tried again, guess I just had to enable packet data on my phone.. Didn't even check if my phone was connected to 3G before using Mobile AP.. I feel like an idiot. XD

Try checking to see if your ip exemption has been finished. Amelinda has done over 200 the past 4 days. You won't get a response to the petition. It will just happen. So check it out.

Wow .. a lot of people must have many people in their homes that want to play Everquest ...... Right now the currently server population at times is 300. Are you telling me that 2/3s of those people have someone else in their house that wants to play?

Very fishy to me!

I think it's more common than you'd think as well, my GF would like to play with me, on the sheer fact that I love this game and wanna be on it hehe, also when my buddy comes over for sme BBQ , then we wanna kick it old school and game.. And can never, cause of the ip exemptions.. I got one.. But I thought mine was going to be on all 3 accounts and it just went to the one .. That she or I don't even wanna play
..hopefully they will exempt my main account songs can log on the 2 account or buddy can log on his when he's here

Yeah, tried already today, nothing yet, I'll keep using phone for a few days, see how far 500mb of bandwidth gets me. :P
