RMT has been going on forever behind the scenes in D2. This way makes it fair and equitable, and potentially provides jobs to those willing to work at it.

So, because RMT has also always been a part of EQ, and pretty much every other online competitive game with tradeable resources in existence, that makes it ok for a company to greedily monetize a game- which you've already paid for- in such a slimy way? Chinese gold seller's dream. This game is going to be farmed up the ass, and anyone who thinks they'll be able to compete and sell items themselves is mistaken. It's going to be farmed, it's going to be hacked, it's going to be a MESS.
