Does fungi covered great staff (fungal regrowth) clicki stack with regen line of spells.

No it does not. It stacks with the tunic like all the other regen spells do.

also noteworth here is that it does not stack with speed effect spells and roots (aka sow and treeform), both of which are anoying points of the item.
