chat message bug and click bug

I have 2 issues since installing, first is every time i log in where ever my mouse pointer is the actually place im targeting on the screen is below and to the right of it, the only way to fix this so far is for me to some how get into options and go to full screen then back to windowed

The second issue i have is i tried to create a chat window, the problem is everytime i get a new tell it places a new chat box over the last one and i cant read anything, i've played with it as much as i can but cant seem to get it figured out

PS: how do you bring the compass up?

Alt+d is the default mapping to bring up your compass.

Once you create a new chat window, hover your mouse over the top outline of the window until your cursor changes. Once it changes you can left-click and hold to re-position the window. Grab the bottom corner of the chat window and drag to re-size it.
