NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc in Uguk

Not sure how serious an issue, or if it was a one-time fluke. But I just sat for 45 minutes here at the AC and nothing spawned (no PHs or AC). Just two dark blue, blank/invisible mobs (you know, the ones that have no names and you can only find by tabbing through creatures nearby).

i was there the day before yesterday and ac was up and i killed him . there were even phs spawning . was there a server reboot sinde that time ?

i camped this for about 3 hours yesterday, although i didnt get an AC pop, the camped / script seemed to be working correctly for me.

Think I should make a correction. I'm not saying it never worked. I camped him the day before yesterday, and then again yesterday morning for about 4 hours. The spawn was working fine, and I saw the AC three times. However, I logged back on last night, saw the camp empty (of both players and mobs) so I started waited. After 45 minutes, with still nothing spawning since i took camp, I figured something was amiss. Usual time on respawns is about 20 minutes. So, it was working at one point but as of my attempt last night, nothing was respawning.
