![]() I know for a fact that Mez spells aren't effected by your charisma in PvP on the server.
And i think it did on live. Charisma should effect the resist rate in PvP just like PvE. Running around with charisma gear but it don't mean shit when in PvP. Mez is very easy to counter on this server anyway.

![]() Mez duration and resist rates were never affected by charisma, either in PvE or PvP. Charisma only affects lulls and charms.

![]() Okey? I call bullshit.
If you go into char select and start creating a toon and press on charisma. Charisma affects how much merchants will charge you for their wares. It also affects the chance of charm, memory blur, mesmerization, and divine intervention spells effect to work.

![]() Mes was hardly an issue in eqlive pvp anyway if you didn't have suckall MR.

![]() Charisma affects lull, mez, and charm resists. Since the bard is one of only two classes that can mesmerize in Norrath, the other being the Enchanter, this is a decent location to allocate creation points.
This is what it says on the wiki. Can any GM verify this?
