Default FD does not clear aggro for Ice Giants in Everfrost

FD works, but once I stand back up no matter how far an Ice Giant is away from me, he will always come running back to me. i gave it a minute before I got up from my FD to test it again, and he still comes back for me.

FD clears agro way to easy as is. Try waiting for the enemy message? If that is even in yet.

You need to learn how FD works for above lvl 35 mobs. This is intended.

Instead of being jerks, help people understand a few game mechanics they may or may not know... To the OP, FD on mobs above level 35 has a chance to "not clear aggro" when standing back up. On mobs such as IceGiants you may want to wait until the mob fully resets, before standing back up again and then make your way to the zoneline.

Welp, Kringe actually gave you only have the right answer. Had you used the search function to look up other monk/FD threads you would find where I have answered this question in a more detailed manner.

However, if you would like to believe that he is a knight in shining armor, you can accept his answer and never realize FD's true potential.

Good day.

Faz was pretty close. Alas he is doing it in an unnecessarily complicated order.
