Ingame Video Mode?

So I just recently ran into this problem after trying to login to the new pvp server.

Ingame I only have 1 video mode I can set it to, which is 640x480? I used to have it to 1024x768, but that option isn't there anymore. On 640x480 mode I can't click the sides or it will minimize and goto desktop.

I can't play the game because when I click the screen it just goes to desktop, game doesn't crash.

any ideas?

Make sure you are not running in win ME/95/98 compatiblity mode. Mine exhibited these symptoms when I tried that mode attempting to fix another issue.

go to eqclient.ini in your Everquest directory and ctrl+f, search for Windowed and you'll find your reso settings there. You can pretty much fill in any resolution for windowed or fullscreen.

I've done this repeatedly. Here is what I have.. I am running on Win 7

WindowedModeXOffset=305
WindowedModeYOffset=-21
WindowedMode=FALSE Looks like if I keep this on FALSE it runs good and I can pick various video settings ingame instead of only picking 640x480, but when I tab out while ingame it will get messed up and I can only pick 640x480, if I go full screen and click anywhere outside of 640x480 it will go straight to desktop and game minmizes..

These problems haven't happened before, it just started happening now.. Weird!!
