Shield of thorns

Isn't shield of thorns supposed to last for 4 minutes ? (level 9 druid spell)
Mine is lasting for 48 seconds,maybe my memory is at fault but that is what I remember.

So for those of you awesome at math .. 9x6 = 54 seconds, or 8 ticks since you don't really count the first.

So yes, 48 seconds is about right when you first get it. It gets better with age, but you'll soon have replaced it.
