Game Mechanics: Factions still messed up

Made a lvl 1 gnome necromancer, figured I'd do some quick leveling in the Mines of Malfunction, well there is a bit of a problem here though: all the NPCs are kindly or at least non-KOS except for Vaenor Husga and Velena Corgtec, they con threateningly to me, but Rilgor Plegnog who is right next to them is Kindly.

#1: your initial faction both before and after guildnote turn in "should" be amiable.

#2: both those NPCs you mention should be on dark reflection faction, i.e. amiable to you.

Yes they should be, but for some reason only the evil enchanter GM is on Dark Reflection, the magician and Wizard GMs are still on Eldritch Collective.
