Need some help please

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to get this to work for the past week and have been troubleshooting things myself up to this point, but right now I want to play so badly that I need help. I have gotten to the point where I can go to the create a character screen, but I am unable to do so because it says that I have to update the spells. I believe that I am not fully unzipping the files required to play Project 1999, as I keep getting error messages. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really want to play so badly!

What error messages? Most likely you installed eq in program files and don't have write access to the directory.
