All of these people have been banned for hacking and/or 2-boxing. They're all members (Perun is an officer) of the guild Transatlantic Rampage.

Yes but if you are without power it really doesn't matter how "weak" the storm was. Doesn't take that much for a tree branch to take out a power line.... just saying.
