Remember Naruto every character has a personality that is tied with his element. Apparently Naruto's element is wind that makes him extroverted and impulsive. While Sasuke is lightning and darkness that makes him calculated fast and cunning. Imagine yourself in the mind of the developer of a new videogame or anime. Obviously if it's fantasy you're gonna have to use some kind of attributes to attach to your faction or characters. I would argue that the Necromancers from Iksar are the Blood element as you can see. The Barbarians are snow or ice. It is entirely up to debate what personality you get but you could say that fire people are intense and impulsive while ice people are cold and slow to anger, or something like that. Earth people are grounded and down to earth. Water people are easy going and calm. See? It works and it does make sense! I don't know the personalities for each element but I put some elements into the poll and you can choose freely. You can even describe the personality behind the element. Maybe it fits you. Personally I like darkness the most.

Now you can pull these elements out of your *** but it does work. If you create a new anime where people have abilities like in Naruto or BLEACH, you gotta give them elements to the characters and base their personalities around it so that it makes sense... It is subjective though.

One that isn't listed...antimagic. So dispel, counterspell, MR debuff, etc. It's sort of in a category all its own, the way agnosticism is compared to the long list of EQ deities. It's a choice, yet still noncommittal.

Probably hydrogen. Especially if we include isotopes.
It is like the number 1, in many ways everything else is built from it and that the isotope deuterium (hydrogen with an atomic weight of 2, which brings neutrons into the equation on top of protons and electrons) really makes that true. I’m afraid I don’t really watch cartoons anymore and that one passed me down growing up. Maybe my weeun will get into it and share it with me. I quite enjoyed learning about diversifying, rental investment and pyramid schemes through Teen Titans Go. it had a fun musical episode too. A cartoon I did watch when I was younger was captain planet. I liked the take there that the fifth element is love. I think there are movies about that too. But hydrogen still wins.
