Default Crafting Skill Ups

Is the rate of crafting skill ups influenced by temporary buffs? As an example, would it be helpful for a blacksmith to have his druid and/or shaman friends cast strength buffs on him as he crafts to increase the rate of his skill ups?

And for smithing specifically (if you're going for Strength over Int/Wis) you can also enjoy a nice alcoholic beverage (or 10) with it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
