Default steamfont npc hit range

hit range on the starting area stuff in steamfont seems to be pretty far. if you pull a skeleton, a wolf, a spider, anything there basically it'll run to you then hit you, but be out of melee range by a good two-gnomes in size. I never had to move forward to stab something until giants in kunark zones, everything was right in your face after a cast

the only time that things might have been too far away, was on a slope. in this case, the problem exists on flat terrain and slopes

This is how all things are. It isn't going to be changed or fixed. We've been barking up that tree, and runspeeds being incorrect, for a long time.

The runspeed fix is due to technical constraints. So, it's not an arbitrary choice.
