save spell slots not saving

I have everquest titanium installed on my D drive. For some reason every time i right click my spell book and click save spell list. it asks me for a name and then it says it saved it. but if i choose load spell list and choose my saved list it doesnt load any spells. also it seems to want to create a new list every time i save and it will even create a spell list with the same name. it doesnt matter much though because both dont load the spells anyway. is there something im missing?

That feature isn't supported on P99. I believe it was added in 2003 which is far later than P99 will ever go to.
