As the title says. Old school everquest 1 player just now discovering project 1999. And I just had to jump in.
I started a bard on blue (and will probably stay unless I can't make some friends). I expect it may be a bit slow going in the lower levels but I hope I can find some friends to explore with etc later on. Rilien is my bard but I would be interested in playing any class a group or anyone looking for a friend would want. Experience with shaman, druid (could figure out a cleric). Or willing to try an entirely new class. Hell, its been since planes of power or LDoN that I last played seriously. So, hail! If anyone wants to say hi same name on the discord.

You would be much better off on green than blue. Green has far more social and grouping opportunities at low levels.

As a bard, I thought they would prefer bluegrass as opposed to the grass being greener on the other side.

Both servers are filled with nerds. Some nice and some jerks.
Welcome back, have fun with the bard! Great pick to get back into the mix!

Thanks for the welcomes. Ya I figured there would be a bit more action on green. Went with blue. Only level 16 now but found some friends and a casual feeling guild. Nice peeps and partnering ops so far.
See ya'll in game! Hopefully I can get into some raiding eventually but for now even if blue is slower feels ok to me =D.

Can’t go wrong with any server. I’d play blue because that’s where the older p99 players might log on occasionally so you have access to a bit more history.
In the end it’s quite similar. Have fun welcome
