please help! trying to run on windows 11 and i get windows application error

hey all. any help would be most appreciated. i recently got a cpu with windows 11 and im trying to install it. i got titanium downloaded and uploaded latest p99 patch but i get Application error. ive provided a sceen shot of what im getting when trying to launch
