Spells message wear off not working

Hello,

I don't know if I am alone to experience this "bug" but since the last patch, I don't receive anymore message like : Root/slow/etc worn off etc.

anyone experiencing this bug ?

It was unintentional and I imagine they're working to fix it now.

I was prepared to accept it as intentional but if it was unintentional then thank goodness because how do you play the big dotting classes later on without that message.

Dots are easy,make a Gina trigger that fires as you cast.
Root/mez are the challenge. Has been annoying on my enchanter but not terrible
