Are they on the same timer? I was never 50+ during Kunark on live-

They have different refresh length, but activating one disc locks down all discs until that one reaches its cooldown.
Edit: There may be a differentiation between offensive and defensive discs (IE: Using an offensive disc only locks down the offensive discs, but I think that came later).

From the time a discipline is used, all disciplines are unavailable until the reuse timer for the discipline just used has expired.

Thanks guys, answered my question. I asked because I too remembered having 2 discipline timers, but the extra timer must have been added later - luclin?
