Spells: Blood Ember Greaves & Feign Death

When I cast Feign Death spell by using my Blood Ember Greaves and then try to use my Feign Death from my spell bar I get a message saying that the spell isnt ready so it seems it is giving it a cooldown from using my greaves but I can still spam my greaves properly.
