IP Exemption still waiting.

I have posted a request in the good place three days ago, I have sent 2 privates messages too.

But still no answer.

Wghat I need to do then ?

Took me about 4-5 days before i got mine. Hang in there, they'll get to you.

Not supposed to send PM's or tells to the admins. I made this mistake and now I'm a little worried I'll anger the gods and never get an exemption.

I got a reply and I was told that it's setup but it doesn't work. Anyone experience this? We followed the instructions to shut everything down and even waited overnight and it still don't work. We still get "the IP has a temporary block on it" message when we try to log on to the other accounts.
