Pick up the slack when you can instead of blaming other players for not being as good at eq as you.

Pullers are also sometimes aware of needing to offtank when shit gets sticky and not paying attention to what color magic a mob is casting, or they’re waiting for it to get mezzed instead of risking breaking it.
