I don't see how. The only relevant outdoor only spell is harmony. Both Enchanter and Cleric can pacify. The unresistable harmony doesn't outweigh CH on a charmed mob.

Snare+Sow beats stun for recharming.

Can even charm their own pet in many zones.

Better pulling for nonstop action.

A complete heal doesn't beat all those things as a snare+memblur is a complete heal anyways.
