He has not killed me or someone in my group over 10 times today. Who do I need to contact for a ban on griefing?

Dude goes out, agros the whole zone, then bard speeds over groups killing stuff then zones and it all trains right on top of us.

Petition in game. In my experience on green, the guides respond pretty fast. I was getting ksed by a mage at 2am est and a guide responded in 5 mins. I was actually pretty shocked to be honest.
