![]() Check what you have the particle density set to in the display options in game, the only file related to spells in the "getting started" guide appears to only effect the messages that are displayed for the spells. If your particle density isn't the issue make sure you have that latest version of drivers, and post your video card type.

![]() The drivers are up to date for my ATI RAdeon HD 5700...I caught a higher level caster and was able to see all of his spells going off....it seems Im not getting any effects for my own spells....I played around with the near clip and density but no results.

![]() I have the same card and every thing is working fine for me, It sounds like you have the "on for:" option set to pc's and not all, double check that setting and let me know if its not the issue ill post all of my video settings for you.

![]() All of my video settings in the catalyst control center are set to "use application settings" in game my spell settings are: Clip "far", Density "medium", on for "all", under the advanced settings i have all boxes checked excluding "Disable tattoos". What class and level are you perhaps its a bug related to specific spells?

![]() Very strange the only way i can recreate your issue is by turning spell effects off or going first person, your not playing first person by any chance?

![]() Are you running the titanium client? and did you install the old spell effects or leave the default? I'm using the default. Try reinstalling, its very odd though you see the spell effects of others.
