bank in neriak

hi guys ,

I was looking for the bank in neriak foreign quarter and i cant find it. Checked on EQatalas, and at teh number 10 on map, where the bank is supposed to be , there is 2 vendor inside, and no banker.

Am i at teh wrong place ? thanks
